Shipping policy

Choose delivery or store collection, then select your preferred date and available time when ordering. For delivery areas and charges, please see our delivery information.

Please provide the correct address, recipient phone number and access instructions, and ensure someone is available to receive the order. Tracking availability depends on the delivery arrangement; contact our team for updates.

If a delivery cannot be completed, please contact us so we can help arrange the next step. Any additional redelivery charge will be explained and agreed with you before redelivery is arranged. This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Refund policy

Because fresh flowers are perishable, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or refunds once your flowers have been delivered or collected.

If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours, with your order number and photos so we can assess the issue and help resolve it.

We will always do our best to resolve your concerns. This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including any entitlement to a refund or replacement. The 24-hour request does not limit those rights.

Terms of service

By placing an order with July Flowers, you agree to these terms and the delivery and refund policies shown on our website.

Products are subject to availability. As flowers are seasonal, we may use similar flowers of comparable colour, style and value. If a significant change is needed, we will contact you to discuss a suitable alternative.

Please check your order, contact details and delivery information carefully. Incorrect details may delay your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a correction.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
